1-How do I obtain Service on my ACE Sports vehicle?    Select Product Support,  then Select Warranty Protect Service Center Locator or call 1-866-395-4724 for assistance.

2-Where can I purchase an ACE Sports product?  Select Dealer Locator for retail store locations and/or online dealers.

3-Does ACE Sports sell accessories such as helmets and riding apparel and if so where can I purchase these items?  Yes. Contact us at info@acesportsonline.com for the dealer nearest you.

4-What is the standard warranty on ACE Sports go karts and scooers?  ACE Sports provides Warranty Protect which is a limited “bumper to bumper” warranty coverage plan for a period of 6 months from original date of purchase on all new units.  Extended factory warranties are available through your selling dealer at time of original purchase also. 5-What is Warranty Protect?  Warranty Protect is the warranty service provider for all ACE Sports go karts and scooters as of April 01, 2008.  Warranty Protect has over 2400 locations in the continental US and approximately 600 in Canada.

6-How can I contact Warranty Protect for assistance to obtain warranty service? Call the Warranty Protect Call Messaging Center at 1-866-395-4724.

7-Are ACE Sports go karts intended to be operated on public roads or highways?  NO.  In fact, it is illegal to do so.  Our products are manufactured to be used ONLY on private property and under the supervision of an adult to insure safety for all.  Further, we recommend that our vehicles be operated during daylight for added safety.  

8-How can I insure a safe experience while operating an ACE Sports go kart or scooter?  Read, understand and follow all safe operating instructions in your owners manual.  Also, always follow directions on all warning labels on your vehicle.  We want you to enjoy your product safely for many years safely.  If you require additional assistance please contact us at info@acesportsonline.com.

9-When should I service my ACE Sports vehicle?  We recommend your first oil change at 10 hours of use or less.   After that change crankcase oil every 50 hours maximum.  Refer to your Owners Manual for detailed service schedules and appropriate applications.
