Items Not Covered – Wearable parts such as tires, belts, hoses, bulbs, sprockets, chains, clutches; throttle cable, brake cable, seat, fasteners, air filters, brake pads, oil changes &  any item that has been abused, neglected OR used in a manner for which it is not designed.  Modifications to your product that are not A.C.E. Sports approved will void the warranty.  Defective parts are subject to recall by Warranty Protect and / or A.C.E. Sports upon failure and are required to be held by the service center until the warranty claim is settled.  Our go karts, atv’s  & buggies are designed for off-road use only.
